Take-Two Interactive is looking to acquire Codemasters for $973 million

Codemasters is one of the most established U.K. game designers and distributers, first established in 1986. Presently, apparently distributer Take-Two Interactive is hoping to obtain Codemasters for $973 million. The official statement takes note of that Take-Two Interactive would be paying generally $1.58 per share in real money, with an extra unpleasant $4.82 per share in Take-Two stock.

Take-Two has until December 4, 2020 at 12:00 p.m. ET to finish the offer and terms. Take-Two’s most recent financials demonstrate the organization is hoping to make $3 billion before the year’s over.
